Over 850 Svelte study positions have been installed throughout the new, three-floor University Library at Portsmouth University. A modern IT suite has provided students with 24 hour access to 250 desktop PC’s.

Ian Bonar, Head of Library, said: “I realise that you have offered service above and beyond the call of duty and would have no hesitation recommending Tangent 100% for products and support.”

The University Library was designed by Penoyre & Prasad, who won the competition organised by RIBA. The £11 m building is a prototype for an energy efficient modern working and learning space, utilising the full potential of wireless and internet technologies.
