Ian Simpson Architects is an award winning architectural practice with offices in London and Manchester.

They chose 80:80 for their new office building in Clerkenwell, where 10.8 m long 80:80 benches were installed over two floors. Floor grommets were used to provide access to under floor power and data cables, which were connected to the power distribution unit in the 8080 central leg, from which cables were distributed horizontally in cable trays providing easy access to desk power units.

8080 enabled the creation of a tidy and “cable free” working environment, without limiting access to power and data from below and above desk..
